Welcome to Click’d (“we”, “our”, “the Platform”). By accessing or using the Click’d mobile or web application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Click’d is a meet & chat platform designed to help professionals connect with opposite-gender users for networking, communication, and participation in platform features such as:

• Viewing user profiles
• Matching with selected users
• Chatting
• Swipe-and-Win reward games
• VAS-based notifications and SMS for certain features

Click’d is not a dating service. Users are solely responsible for the nature of their interactions.

3. User Account & Security

• You must create an account to access most features.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity or policy violations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false information or impersonate another person.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
• Post sexually explicit, hateful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation tools.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, messages).
• You grant Click’d a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use this content solely for operating and improving the Service.
• You are fully responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.

6. Matching & Interactions

Click’d only provides tools for connection and communication. We do not guarantee:

• Matches
• Replies from other users
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Behaviour, intentions, or compatibility of matched users

You interact with other users at your own risk.

7. Swipe & Win Rewards

• Rewards may include airtime, cash, discounts, or other benefits.
• Terms of each reward or promotion will be clearly communicated.
• Click’d reserves the right to modify, pause, or end reward programs at any time.
• Fraudulent participation may lead to forfeiture of rewards and/or account suspension.

8. VAS (Value Added Services) Notifications

Some features may require SMS, USSD, or other VAS channels. By using the platform, you consent to receiving:

• Match-related SMS
• Winner notifications
• Feature updates or transactional messages

Standard network charges may apply depending on your mobile provider.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Click’d collects and processes data according to our Privacy Policy. By using Click’d, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

10. Payment & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Prices and billing terms may change with notice.
• Failure to complete payment may result in restricted access.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, features, text, images, and software on Click’d are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Click’d may integrate with external systems or partners. We are not responsible for their content, terms & conditions, practices, or service availability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these terms
• You misuse the platform
• You engage in harmful behaviour

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation
• Error-free experience
• Perfect security
• Match outcomes or user behaviour

Use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Click’d is not liable for:

• Lost rewards or earnings
• Emotional distress
• Personal injury arising from interactions with other users
• Any damages from misuse or inability to use the Service

Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Click’d harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these terms.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
